WiCON 2016 is calling for papers!

The 9th EAI International Wireless Internet Conference (WiCON 2016) will take place in Haikou, People’s Republic of China on December 19-21, 2016.

The conference will bring together technical experts and researchers from academia, industry, and government all around the world to discuss novel research results related to the Future Wireless Internet. WiCON 2016 will continue to serve as a premier international conference to discuss novel research results related to the emerging wireless internet.

The conference is proud to host 2 great keynote speakers: Jiannong Cao (Hong Kong Polytechnic University) and Prof. Huiping Xu (Chinese Academy of Sciences).

Papers solicited in the WiCON 2016 are divided into SIX tracks, PHY, MAC, Network, Security, Cloud & Big Data, Emerging IoT Systems, and span a wide range of areas of interest including:

  • Seamless Integration of Heterogeneous Networks;
  • Cross-layer Design and Optimization;
  • Wireless Access Technologies;
  • Multi-hop Wireless Networks;
  • Emerging Technologies and Applications;
  • Network Security;
  • Wireless Internet Platforms and Software;
  • Green Communications.

All accepted papers will be published by Springer and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library, one of the world’s largest scientific libraries. Proceedings are submitted for inclusion to the leading indexing services: Elsevier (EI), Thomson Scientific (ISI), Scopus, Crossref, Google Scholar, DBLP. Authors of the Best Papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work through one of the following EAI Endorsed publications: EAI Endorsed Transactions on Mobile Communications and ApplicationsEAI Endorsed Transactions on Industrial Networks and Intelligent Systems.

Full Paper Submission Deadline: 1st August, 2016

Notification Deadline: 15th October, 2016

Camera-ready Deadline: 15th November, 2016
