The eHealth 360° Summit 2016 will take place on June 14-16, 2016, in Budapest, Hungary.

eHealth 360° Summit 2016 is a unique event bringing a 360 degree perspective on mobile and electronic health. The Summit will gather experiences and innovative ideas from related projects and activities in this topic with the aim to coach involved people on the whole path between research to innovation and all the way through to commercialisation of ideas, projects and technologies.

The Summit will offer a lot of related events, among which co-located conferences will represent to participants the possibility to gather and discuss, present and retrieve relevant information from the eHealth world.

- GOWELL 2016 (14-16 June, 2016), the EAI International Conference on Games fOr WELL-being, builds upon the increasing relevance of applied gaming approaches, gamification techniques and game-related technologies and devices for health and wellbeing management and recovering. The Conference will host a keynote speech by Prof. Fabrizia Mantovani (University of Milano-Bicocca, Milan, Italy) with the title “Games for Good: The Bright Side of Videogames” and a keynote speech by Prof. Ines di Loreto (UTT-Université de Technologie de Troyes, France), with the title “From participatory design to culture of participation in the video games for health field“.

- HealthWear 2016 (14-16 June, 2016), the EAI International Conference on Wearables in Healthcare, will bring together researchers, developers, and industry professionals from both Healthcare and Quantified Self communities to discuss key issues, opportunities and obstacles for personal health data research. Conference keynote speakers will be: Prof. Cathal Gurrin (Dublin City University, Ireland) with the speech “The Promise of Lifelogging as an Assistive Technology“, and Dr. Hillary Pinnock (Usher Institute of Population Health Sciences and Informatics, University of Edinburgh, UK), with the speech “Telehealthcare for long-term conditions: hopes, hype and reality“. A Special Session on “Bioinformatics Knowledge Modeling Framework“  will be lead by Morcous M. - PPmH 2016 (14-16 June, 2016), the EAI International Conference on Personal, Pervasive and mobile Health, will be about the development of technologies focusing on innovative services to empower individuals in well-being and disease prevention, and chronic disease management. The conference will host a keynote speech by Prof. Stephan Kiefer (Group Manager Home Care/Telemedicine, IBMT Fraunhofer, Germany), entitled “Smart disease management systems“.

- IoTCare 2016 (15-16 June, 2016), the EAI International Conference on IoT and Big Data Technologies for HealthCare, will concentrate on the convergence of IoT and Big data technologies for e-health, e-care, life-style, aging population, smart personal living, etc., applications. Dr. Tomohiro Kuorda (Kyoto University Hospital, Japan) will join the conference as keynote speaker, with a speech entitled “Social Hospital: How IoT changes medicine”.

- M3APPs 2016 (14-16 June, 2016), the EAI International Conference on Mobile Medical Multimedia Technologies, Applications and Services, will bring together researchers and innovators from industry, academia, and healthcare organizations to showcase recent researches in mobile and wireless multimedia technologies that can advance the evolution of mobile Health applications and services. Dr. Attila Ferik (Director of Software Platform Engineering for Europe for GE Healthcare in Hungary, Budapest) will join the Conference as keynote speaker, with the speech entitled “Digitalization in Healthcare“.

- AALIoT 2016 (14-16 June, 2016), the EAI International Conference on Ambient Assisted Living Technologies based on Internet of Things, will cover the discussion about the Ambient Assisted Living domain, which offers the perfect setup for IoT-based technologies since it touches on the very important social issue of the ageing population while offering the ability to really test telecare services for home-based setups. Prof. Panagiotis Bamidis (Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece) will join AALIoT 2016 as a keynote speaker, with the speech “IoT facilitation of exergaming/training and senior daily living activities “on the wild”: experiences from one year continuous recordings“, as also Prof. Nick Guldemond (University Medical Centre Utrecht, Netherland) with the speech entitled “How internet of things could contribute to sustainable integrated care: practical examples from hospital, primary and social care“.
