QSHINE 2015: last call for papers!

The 11th International Conference on Heterogeneous Networking for Quality, Reliability, Security and Robustness (QShine) will take place in Taipei, Taiwan on August 19-20, 2015.  The only conference focusing on heterogeneous networking, QShine has been established as the primary venue for researchers and practitioners to disseminate, exchange and discuss all recent advances related to heterogeneous networking, particularly for quality, experience, reliability, security and robustness. QShine 2015 will be chaired by Prof. Der-Jiunn Deng, National Changhua University of Education, Taiwan and Prof. Lei Shu, Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology, China and will focus on Innovative and Intelligent Infrastructure for the Future Networks.

The Conference will  focus on a wide range of topics such us Quality-of-Service (QoS) provisioning, Quality of Experience (QoE), Reliability and Scalability, Cross-Layer Design, Optimization and Implementation, New Applications and Communication Technologies and many more.

The strong keynote speaker program includes Prof. Yi-Bing Lin, Ministry of Science and Technology and Prof. Kwang-Cheng Chen, National Taiwan University. Keynote session will be chaired by Prof. Imrich Chlamtac (Bruno Kessler professor; University of Trento; President, Create-Net Consortium; President, EAI,  the European Alliance for Innovation)

All presented papers in the conference will be published in the proceedings of the conference and submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Selected papers, particularly those nominated for the Best Paper competition, will be automatically considered for publication will be invited to publish in the EAI Endorsed Transactions on Mobile Communications and Applications and in the special issues of:

  • Full Paper Due: May 31st 2015 (Extended)
  • Acceptance Notification: June 27th 2015
  • Camera-ready Due: July 14th 2015
