The second issue of EAI Endorsed Transactions on Creative Technologies is now out and packed with exciting research at the intersection of computational arts, creative industries, applied science, and technology.
The journal publishes high-level contributions addressing several of those aspects, with a special focus on at least one of them. Creative industries are driven by technology, and technology requires creativity in order to advance and bring disruptive future developments. The two are therefore inseparable, as illustrated by the fact that creative practitioners, engineers and scientists are increasingly coming together to bring results like virtual character animations from human body motion. Read about the latter, and much more, for free, here.
Feel free to submit your own contributions to the journal, too! Additional materials such as videos of installations and setups, public/users reactions and comments, or demo links are welcome.
