ValueTools 2017, the 11th EAI International Conference on Performance Evaluation Methodologies and Tools, will take place in Venice, Italy on 5-7 December 2017.

ValueTools 2017 focuses on methods and practices in modeling, performance evaluation and optimization of complex systems. It gathers together researchers from different communities including Computer Science, Networks and Telecommunications, Operations Research, Optimization, Control Theory, and Manufacturing.

The conference solicits previously unpublished contributions that propose new performance evaluation methodologies and new tools on the following topics of interest:

Proceedings are submitted for inclusion to the leading indexing services: Thomson Scientific (ISI), Scopus, Crossref, Google Scholar, DBLP, Microsoft Academic Search (MAS), CiteSeerX, EBSCO, Elsevier (EI), as well as ICST’s own EU Digital Library (EUDL). All presented papers in the conference will be published in the proceedings of the conference and submitted to ACM Digital Library. Best papers will be invited to publish also in the EAI Transactions on Cloud Systems.
