The 12th EAI International Conference on Cognitive Radio Oriented Wireless Networks (CrownCom 2017) is going to take place in Lisbon, Portugal on September 20-22, 2017.
CrownCom 2017 will be an opportunity for academic and industrial researchers to meet and identify and discuss the recent development, highlight the challenging gaps and forecast the future trends of cognitive radio technology toward their integration with the fifth-generation (5G) of networks. The Conference invites you to submit your technical papers, and workshops, tutorials, demonstrations and exhibitions proposals to this event.
Topics of interest are divided into four tracks:
- Dynamic Spectrum Access and Cognitive networks for 5G
- Cognitive Radio Related Standards
- Spectrum sharing: status of the acceptance and way forward to WRC 2019.
- Spectrum for massive IoT deployment
- Spectrum for digital inclusion in the 5G era
- Decentralized spectrum access
- Business aspects and new opportunities for dynamic spectrum management
Accepted papers will be published in the Crowncom Conference Proceedings and by Springer-Verlag in the Lecture Notes of ICST (LNICST). The proceedings will be available both in book form and via the SpringerLink digital library, which is one of the largest digital libraries online and covers a variety of scientific disciplines. Proceedings are submitted for inclusion to the leading indexing services: DBLP, Google Scholar, Thomson Scientific ISI Proceedings, EI Elsevier Engineering Index, CrossRef, Scopus, as well as ICST’s own EU Digital Library (EUDL). A selection of the best CROWNCOM 2016 papers will be invited for extended journal papers in a Special Issue of the Eurasip Journal on Communications and Wireless Networking. The Special Issue will be entitled “Dynamic Spectrum Access and Cognitive techniques for 5G”.
Full Paper Submission deadline: 22 May 2017
Notification and Registration opens: 20 July 2017
Camera-ready deadline: 7 August 2017
